Form Five Selection 2025 – List of Selected Students Released

The Ministry of Education, Science and Technology has officially released the names of students selected to join Form Five for the academic year 2025. The list includes students who completed their Certificate of Secondary Education Examination (CSEE) in 2024 and met the qualifications to proceed to Advanced Level secondary education.

How to Check the List of Selected Students

Students and parents can access the selection list through the official TAMISEMI website:

Visit the TAMISEMI Selform website.
Click on the link labeled “Form Five Selection 2025.”
Select your region, district council, and your secondary school.
Browse through the list to find your name.

All selected students are required to report to their respective schools as indicated to their join instructions.
Students who are not satisfied with the schools they have been placed in may contact the secondary education office for guidance on transfer procedures.
It is advised that students prepare all the necessary school requirements before the reporting date.
